The owners and managers of Off the Line Vineyard are Kristina Studzinski and Ann-Marie Tynan who are civil partners. Before settling in Sussex, they lived in south west London for a number of years. Their shared passion for wine led them to set up a vineyard and producing wines of their own.
Kristina Studzinski
Kristina, who is of English/Polish parentage, was born in San Francisco but has lived mostly in England. She gave up a career as a government lawyer to pursue her passion for wine and to search for the right place to run a wine-making business with Ann-Marie.
It was while studying for a foundation degree in wine production at Plumpton College that Kristina became convinced it would be possible to find land, plant vines and make quality wines in England. The unique Sussex countryside and landscape provided inspiration, and the pull of the developing English wine scene was impossible to resist.
