Hip Rosé 2021

Hip Rosé 2021 is made from Pinot Noir. 2021 was a year that produced grapes of good quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.

It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a rounded finish.
